Return Procedure

If you feel your item have not lived up to the quality promise or produced to agreed requirement, you may request to return your order for a full refund or replacement.

Reasons that qualify product returns and full refund:

Refund Procedure

Your refund will be transferred to a South African bank account of your choice within 5 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note: The cost to return goods are for your account until we have inspected the return goods and authorised the return. Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded in full, which includes the original invoice value plus the value of your return cost. (Copy of all receipts are required).
