At Matnifique, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. If your order does not meet the agreed requirements, you may request a return for a full refund or replacement, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Procedure
You are eligible for a return and full refund if:
- Product Not as Advertised
- If the product received does not match the material, size, or functionality as described on our website.
- Please note: Due to varying screen resolutions, slight color variations may occur and are not considered a valid reason for return.
- Damaged Goods
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
Important Notes on Returns:
- Custom Orders: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for custom-made orders (including personalized designs and specific sizes), unless the item qualifies under the above conditions (i.e. incorrect or damaged product).
- All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and in their original, unused condition.
Refund Procedure
Once your return is approved and the item has been inspected, your refund will be processed to a South African bank account of your choice within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Please Note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility until the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds will include the original invoice value plus the cost of the return (subject to submission of valid receipts).
