Product Performance – Natural Coir fiber is very resilient and offers excellent performance in all weather conditions, however, as we add paint to the product in the design process, the paint and design may be affected by rainy weather conditions. We do not recommend the product to be exposed to direct rain weather conditions and therefore do not offer a guarantee against colour fade as a result.

Product Design Quality – Your custom design requests which may have fine or thin design lines may not offer the same longevity of the paint as appose to a design with thick lines. We will inform you at the time of receiving your design request.
